All of us who belong to the one-female "group" SU (for 'Sobbing Underdog') would like to thank Google/Blogger for the demise of the Howlers Den. We believe that we deserve a necessary and intensive treatment by those in the public who are interested. Again we express our gratitude for the prompt action which was taken in allowing the blog to go.

We believe that Freedom Of Speech is an essential Constitutional Right and are pleased for the opportunity to continue to fool ourselves.

They will have violated their own TOS which Mr. Pond has now done repeatedly. Posting Mr. Page's and Mr. Pond's email addresses wasn't that smart, huh? lol. 

There are legal standards in the US involving slander, libel and defamation. The standard is that the statements made must be false. Which you're proving with every single post. 

The accusations of a civil rights violation/hate crime can be proven. Where is the proof? Show us the picture in question, and please procure evidence that we are involved. 

My opinion of the individuals involved is just that opinion. In the United States opinion is a protected form of speech." Our opinion that ur insane is just that opinion.

ROFLMAO. The little dorks are mouthing nonsense as usual. 1. We never requested the removal of Exposed411, 2. Even if we didn't have the pic we have all the emails, replies from TinyPic a Google exec and so forth showing it was removed and the person who posted it IP banned.

As for putting it up not on your life and you don't give orders to us. Why don't you put up some really SOLID proof that anything you've said is true. Oh I know...you can't.

   We will if the opportunity arises. We could have ignored this as some suggested. But some of us didn't want to. Lin contacted us and wanted to make an example of them. It was important for us to help as we are the reason she continues to be harassed. And may continue to be by dimwits.
   
   So we chose to assist her and will continue to do so as often as necessary.

   In one of the two new blogs we found they want to whine that we posted Lin's name. Truth is it's not the name that's the problem. It's the lies they tell about the name. That's she's a member of SU and the sole author of this blog which is untrue. The fact that those blogs are hate sites meant to harass her.
   
   We went into the Google cache and have a load of screenshots including the first post which they didn't repost in the two new blogs. That list all kinds of stuff including the fact that the blogger knows she was threatened. They will be shut down. If they believe she won't act and we won't help her to they are bonkers. Because she will (already has the letter is REAL) and we will. They are more than welcome to find and post us if they can.

We post this information here as it is not secret. Her name is known. It is the accusations and harassment accompanying it that are wrongful. We will make certain that a note is included with the affidavit that after seeing our commentary, they removed names knowing it would lead to blog removal.  Oh and our info concerning Blankenship and Cheslin was correct. But how would you be aware of anything to do with those names if you aren't associated in some manner with the Third Rail Forum? Unless of course its a lie."

'Just Another Crazed Howler' would like us to believe that his blog is about 'the right to privacy.' But everything he posts there belies that. It is obvious that was he has created is a hate site directed at one individual, no matter what they say. One individual who is not a member of this blog.

That is clearly against Blogger's TOS but posting information which is already in the public domain is not. That is made clear in the TOS. Which is what we do, whether he likes it or not. That already posted in the public domain info is coupled with political commentary, commentary on other issues, gun control, extremism in the Republican Party and so forth. His lack of comprehension is clear. So all of us and others will continue to report his blogs as 'hate sites'.
