WHAT BATTLE ???

But the facts are that she is not a member of Surfers United nor an author of this blog. We are aiding her efforts to get the defamatory blogs removed. The purpose of course is that these clowns have been totally unable to find the rest of us. Just look at the supposed 'information' they collected. It is all incorrect and laughable. So instead they defame her because they are too incompetent to find us. The following is just the first volley in what will be a legal campaign waged against these fools.

If you're not informed enough over at the 'clown blogs' to know who page and jpond are I suggest you look them up. An affidavit is being faxed and sent as well but will not be displayed as the notary information makes the town/city/county available to public view and it can not be redacted.

They think they have 'stopped us' but the truth is they have removed her full name, from their blog so who exactly is getting it taken to them? Not us. We post this information here as it is not secret. Her name is known. It is the accusations and harassment accompanying it that are wrongful. We will make certain that a note is included with the affidavit that after seeing our commentary, they removed names knowing it would lead to blog removal.  Oh and our info concerning Blankenship and Cheslin was correct. But how would you be aware of anything to do with those names if you aren't associated in some manner with the Third Rail Forum? Unless of course its a lie."
